California Workers’ Compensation & Social Security Disability Representation | Chalk Law Office
For more than two decades, Chalk Law Office has represented injured workers and disabled individuals throughout California in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability (SSDI/SSI) matters.
Attorney S. Bradley Chalk has practiced law since 1997 and is widely recognized for his leadership and advocacy on behalf of injured workers. He is a Past-President of the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association (CAAA) and serves on the Board of Directors of the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG), a national organization dedicated to protecting the rights of injured workers.
Mr. Chalk has lectured extensively regarding California workers’ compensation law, permanent disability rating issues, and the AMA Guides. He has also testified before the California State Senate regarding California disability rating issues while fighting against unfair reform legislation.
Chalk Law Office represents a wide range of California workers and disabled individuals, including construction workers, agricultural workers, teachers, nurses, law enforcement officers, firefighters, and other public and private sector employees.
Every matter is reviewed individually, with representation tailored to the unique medical, vocational, and legal issues involved in each case. The office has successfully represented clients before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) and the Social Security Administration in matters involving serious injuries, disability disputes, permanent disability ratings, denied benefits, and complex vocational issues.
When specialized assistance outside the firm’s practice areas is needed, clients are referred to trusted attorneys and professionals within Mr. Chalk’s statewide network.
