Attorney S. Bradley Chalk brings more than two decades of experience and professionalism to every case, tailoring representation to each client’s individual needs. He has successfully represented hundreds of California workers and disabled individuals before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB), the Social Security Administration, and the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS).
Mr. Chalk has practiced law since 1997 and is widely recognized for his leadership and advocacy. He is a Past-President of the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association (CAAA) and serves on the Board of Directors of the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG), a national organization dedicated to injured workers’ rights.
